Hello everyone! We are open

We are looking forward to resuming your needed care and providing a safe, clean, environment for all of us. We have provided simple steps to follow.

Our goal is the safety of our staff and patients. We all need to work together! Here are the CDC guidelines we are following.

Before coming in:

Please notify us if you have been exposed to someone with Covid -19 or an immediate family member has been exposed, even if you have no symptoms. If so notify your MD for advice.

Do not come to the office! Please quarantine for 5 days!

Also Before entering the office

If you have any below symptoms please do not come in, go home and notify your medical doctor.

If you yourself, or you have been in contact with anyone who suffers from a temperature higher then 99 degrees, respiratory symptoms , loss of smell, cold or flu symptoms, cough, difficulty breathing. Turn around and go home. This applies also if taking any medication to treat these symptoms prior to coming in.

With the following guidelines!

When entering the building:

*Please bring and wear your personal mask!!!!
* Use hand sanitizer on front desk. / OR Go to bathroom to wash hands.
*Return to front desk.
*Waiting room chairs have been distanced so there is only a few.
*Please check in with front desk. You can bring your own pen if you want. or clean pens are in clean pen container , used or "dirty" pens are to be placed in "dirty" container All treatment surfaces are wiped down after each patient usage. Office countertops surfaces are wiped down and cleaned regularly with hospital grade cleaners.
*You can pay before or after your treatment. Place credit card on counter top stay social distance to front desk. After card is processed it will be placed back on counter top to be picked up by you.
*You can make future appointments and prepay for follow up visits in advance to further eliminate that step.
