Interference 1: Structure

The first organ to form in an embryo is the brain and spinal chord. The function of the brain and spinal chord is to communicate to every cell, organ and tissue in the body. Vertebral misalignment A.K.A. (SUBLUXATIONS) interfere with the bodies ability to communicate and therefore can cause DIS-EASE. Correcting the subluxation is what chiropractors are trained to do (restore nerve function).
A HOLISTIC CHIROPRACTOR looks at the whole person realizing the above to be true and also looks at other factors that may interfere with nerve interference and cause subluxations. Fascia, cranials, tmj, extremities, dural torque, cerebral spinal fluid, scars, soft tissue and organ misalignment.

With the earth the way it is today the nutrients may be leached from the ground actually no longer giving us the nutrition we need to sustain healthy organs. Read the book by Bernard Jenson titled, EMPTY HARVEST. Our adrenal glands are under stress. All organs should be tested, and given the proper supplement formulas to allow them to rebuild and repair themselves.

Avoid the four whites:
- Sugar,
- Flour,
- Salt
- Milk.

Drink plenty of Water
Choose fresh organic vegetables over canned
Use good oils vs bad oils
Colon cleansing if needed
Proper Rest

Our immune systems have broken down and can no longer distinguish what is self from foreign matter.

Allergies can cause a variety of symptoms from fatigue to death. Even undigested proteins can break through the lining of the small intestines and circulate in the blood. The body sees these proteins as foreign bodies and attacks them yet the proteins lodge themselves in the muscle and joints of the body. The white blood cells attack the joints and muscle in an attempt to get to the proteins. Hence an auto immune disease. (Body attacks itself and can’t distinguish between self and not self.)
